Thyroid scan
Cooper was diagnosed with congenital hypothyroidism. Here we are at the Children's Hospital getting a TC 99 thyroid scan. Praise the Lord his result looked good, his thyroid gland is functioning. But he will still need to take medication daily and have monthly blood test until he's 2-3 years old. Hopefully he can stop the medication at that time and not have to continue taking it for life.
